US Infra Rehab Services is growing its trenchless rehabilitation team. We are seeking a safety-minded, dependable UV CIPP Technician to install and support ultraviolet-cured cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining systems on municipal and industrial wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on field role for someone who takes pride in quality work, equipment readiness, and working well as part of a traveling crew.

Job Description

• Assist with all phases of UV CIPP installation, including site setup, liner preparation, pull-in, UV curing, finishing, and cleanup.
• Operate and maintain CIPP-related tools and equipment, such as UV curing systems, winches, generators, compressors, cameras, and support vehicles, within training and authorization.
• Read and follow project plans, work instructions, traffic-control requirements, and manufacturer installation procedures.
• Inspect liner materials, equipment, and completed work; identify and promptly report quality, equipment, or safety concerns.
• Support bypass-pumping, cleaning, CCTV inspection, reinstatement, and other related trenchless activities as assigned.
• Complete daily field documentation accurately, including production, material usage, equipment checks, crew time, and safety documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure jobsite and work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, including PPE, confined-space, traffic-control, and vehicle/equipment procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, inspectors, subcontractors, and crew members.

• Construction, utility, wastewater, trenchless, or CIPP experience preferred; UV CIPP experience is strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with construction equipment and tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and physically perform field work, including lifting up to 75 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing, bending, and working around active construction operations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required. CDL or ability to obtain a CDL is a plus.
• This role includes approximately 80% travel to project sites. Travel schedules vary by project, and overtime, night, or weekend work may be needed to support safe, successful installations.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with CIPP installation in pipe sizes ranging from approximately 8 to 48 inches or larger is preferred.
• Experience with UV-cured CIPP systems, CCTV, sewer cleaning, reinstatement, or bypass pumping is preferred.
• OSHA 10, confined-space, traffic-control, first aid/CPR, or CDL credentials are preferred.
• Experience working in sanitary sewer or stormwater collection systems is preferred.
