We're building our electrical department from the ground up, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Licensed Electrician to lead it. You'll serve as the qualifying party for our Arizona electrical contractor license and help shape this exciting new chapter.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the qualifying party on Bumble Bee Home Services' Arizona ROC electrical contractor license, responsible for supervising electrical work and ensuring code compliance and quality
• Deliver excellent customer service by solving residential electrical issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and service panels
• Ensure all work meets the NEC as adopted in Arizona, local electrical codes, and safety standards
• Pull permits and coordinate with inspectors as needed
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, explaining issues, solutions, and estimates in clear, customer-friendly terms
• Provide technical guidance to and mentor electrical technicians and apprentices
• Help continue building the electrical department: 
  • Continue developing a comprehensive department price book
  • Oversee truck build-outs and stock organization
  • Assist with inventory setup for the office and warehouse
• Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions
• Perform other job-related duties as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service by solving residential electrical issues with professionalism and efficiency
  
  

Position Requirements

• Current Arizona electrician license or credentials (journeyman or master) and the ability to qualify as the qualifying party for an Arizona ROC electrical contractor license. This includes meeting the ROC's experience requirements and passing the Arizona Statutes & Rules exam and the electrical trade exam, or holding an existing qualifying credential.
• Willingness to be an employee of the company and be associated with our contractor license
• Minimum of [4] years of electrical experience; residential service experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail, with a safety-first mindset
• Motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and in a team
• Willingness to grow within the company and take on leadership responsibilities
