World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Customer Service/Dispatch team.
No towing experience required — paid training provided!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver calm, professional support in high-pressure situations
- Answer incoming calls and gather key information using guided questions
- Dispatch towing and roadside services efficiently and accurately
- Provide service updates and estimated arrival times
- Coordinate with drivers and keep customers informed
- Assist with billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Demonstrate strong information retention and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
