Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring an experienced Licensed Pest Control Technician / Termite Technician to join our Long Beach / Los Angeles County team.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Some Saturdays as needed
• Work location: On the road

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Kilter Pest Control / Termite Technician, you will:

• Perform residential and commercial pest-control and termite services
• Perform termite treatments and pest-control applications
• Inspect crawl spaces, attics, structures, and other treatment areas
• Identify pest activity, termite activity, and conditions that may contribute to infestations
• Apply approved pest-control and termite-control products safely and accurately
• Complete scheduled services efficiently while maintaining high-quality, detailed work standards
• Educate customers regarding services, treatments, and pest-prevention recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate service records and treatment documentation
• Properly maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable California pest-control regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and other team members
• Manage a daily route and complete scheduled services efficiently

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to regularly lift approximately 35–40 lbs.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders
• Ability and willingness to enter crawl spaces, attics, and other confined work areas
• Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, climb, and work in physically active environments
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

REQUIRED LICENSES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid California Applicator License and/or Branch 2 or Branch 3 Field Representative License — REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• 1–3 years of pest-control and/or termite experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and pest-control equipment
