This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide notary services as needed to members and staff
- Support administrative tasks related to reservations for meetings, activities, and events
- Maintain and update the Club Calendar to ensure accurate scheduling of events and activities
- Manage and update the Membership Directory to ensure current and accurate member information
- Respond to member inquiries and provide information about club services and amenities
- Assist with general administrative duties to support club operations
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a receptionist, concierge, or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or club setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Notary certification or willingness to obtain certification if not already certified
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
