Warehouse Operations Associate
Description

  

The Warehouse Operations Associate performs a combination of manual and automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, shipment, and delivery of equipment and supplies. This role blends general warehouse and equipment handling duties with supplies picking/shipping and driver support and requires flexibility to move between these functions as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive product and supplies into the warehouse and ERP system, verifying accuracy of quantity, item type, and serial numbers

• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for delivery or shipment, including toner/ink supplies and equipment for Sale Orders

• Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks

• Operate a forklift as needed

• Assist on delivery route as a driver helper, install and pick up equipment at client sites; deliver product to client locations and provide accurate navigation and delivery-status updates to Drivers and Internal teams

• Complete all required paperwork for deliveries, transfers, and shipments daily

• Verify and receive incoming toner orders, and report any shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials immediately

• Maintain proper stock rotation and restock shelves as needed

• Perform cycle counts and assist with bi-annual physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy

• Run the compactor and schedule dumpster swaps/garbage crushes as needed; dispose of trash throughout all facilities

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with building maintenance and projects across Proven IT locations

• Work closely with Order Coordinators, Shop Technicians, asset returns, and Drivers to support daily operations

• Cross-train to support other warehouse departments as needed

• Provide excellent customer service

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  

• 2+ years of warehouse experience; driving experience a plus

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. independently; must be able to lift 100+ lbs. with a team lift

• Forklift certification preferred

• Walking and standing up to 90% of workday; ability to bend, twist, and kneel on a daily basis

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook

• High School Diploma required

Possible Overtime 

Salary Description
$19.00 - $24.04/hour
