Panda Exteriors is looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our Charlotte team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep roofing projects moving — coordinating crews and materials, communicating with homeowners, solving problems in the field, and making sure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Panda's quality standards.

If you're organized, comfortable in the field, know roofing, and can manage several moving pieces at once, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential roofing projects from pre-production through completion
• Coordinate subcontractor crews, material deliveries, scheduling, and jobsite logistics
• Conduct pre-production and jobsite inspections
• Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the production process
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or issues
• Ensure work meets Panda's quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable building requirements
• Perform quality-control inspections and ensure punch-list items are completed
• Document project progress, photos, issues, and completion details
• Work closely with Sales, Production, and Operations to ensure a smooth handoff and customer experience
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and find solutions quickly
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of roofing, exterior construction, or residential construction project management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation practices, and jobsite operations
• Experience managing subcontractor crews and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in the field
• Ability to climb ladders and safely access residential roofs as needed
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using technology for scheduling, communication, documentation, and project tracking
