ROLE PURPOSE:
Thermacell is seeking a resourceful, action-oriented and digitally progressive International Sales & Trade Marketing Coordinator. Serve as part of a dynamic international team to improve execution, decision speed and market visibility across Thermacell’s international markets, creating and using AI-enabled tools, data, automation and cross-functional coordination to support current operations and future expansion strategy. As a key member of the international team, you will support Sales Directors across distributor management, season tracking, forecasting, reporting, business intelligence, trade marketing execution support and support white space market launch planning and execution. The role will use AI-enabled tools to reduce manual administration, strengthen insight generation, improve forecast discipline, identify risks and convert market inputs into clear actions. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with Thermacell colleagues, global distributors, and strategic partners, acting as a critical coordination point to ensure market needs, opportunities, risks, and execution priorities are clearly communicated, tracked, and supported through effective follow-up. Internally, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in supply chain planning, marketing, finance, logistics, regulatory and sales to deliver seamless international service. This position reports directly to the Senior Director International Sales & Marketing.
STATUS: Exempt
WORKING HOURS: Typically, between 9-5pm Monday – Friday local UK time (with flexibility as needed to support business and international collaboration requirements.)
TRAVEL: possibility of travel (5%) within Europe and possibly globally as business needs dictate

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Sales Directors with Distributor Management & Season Tracking:
AI-Enabled Reporting & Business Intelligence: Build and maintain market dashboards, distributor scorecards, sales-out reporting, pricing visibility and weekly commercial summaries to improve decision speed and reduce manual reporting.
- Forecasting & S&OP Support: Coordinate monthly reforecasting inputs using Sales Director feedback, distributor sell-out, order trends, seasonality, inventory, market signals and AI-assisted analysis to strengthen S&OP accuracy.
- Distributor Relationship Support & Action Tracking: Convert distributor meetings, updates and market feedback into AI-supported pre-reads, action logs, risk flags and follow-up trackers for Sales Directors.
- Replenishment & In-Season Opportunity Tracking: Support future EU safety stock planning and in-season replenishment opportunities by monitoring demand signals, stock risks, weather/mosquito pressure indicators and distributor execution updates.
- Regulatory: Use structured tracking to work with the regulatory and marketing teams to identifying timeline changes on new market entry, and risks to the current portfolio.
- Distributor Conference & Business Review (BR) Support: Support bi-yearly conference and business review preparation, including AI-enabled market reports, performance summaries, meeting materials and action follow-ups.
- International Market Pulse: Monitor trade, shopper and competitor trends across pricing, promotions, assortment, online reviews, in-store activation and retailer activity, turning findings into concise recommendations for Sales Directors.
Provide support to Sales Directors on White Space Launch Plan
- AI-Assisted Go to Market (GTM) Planning Support: Assist in the build of launch plans with Sales Directors using AI-enabled market research, retailer mapping, channel prioritisation, category sizing, competitor review and execution sequencing.
- Launch Materials & Localisation: Adapt and localise sales decks, retailer materials, trade marketing assets, FAQs, training content and launch toolkits using approved AI tools, brand standards and market-specific insight.
- Marketing Partnership for GTM & Launch Readiness: Partner with Marketing to align GTM messaging, launch materials, trade assets and distributor toolkits with white space market needs.
- Distributor Onboarding & Continuous Education: Lead brand, consumer, portfolio and retailer training support, including AI-enabled training modules, pitch decks and distributor growth and knowledge resources.
New Product Developments (NPDs), Range extension, Products update: Coordinate activities with Cross-Functional Teams
- Project Charter: Assist in the preparation of Project Charters for IM projects.
- Artwork, Labelling & Localisation Workflow: Coordinate with project manager, external studio, regulatory teams and distributors to manage artwork forecasts, multilingual labelling, localisation timelines, approval status and execution risks through structured Project charter tracking.
- Displays: Coordinate with Distributors the display ordering & execution looking for scale, cost optimization and impeccable execution (pre-filled and/or empty)
- NPD In-Market Deployment: Coordinate x-functionally to provide to Distributors the documentation needed to launch NPD.
Assist in the Season Planning and Execution of marketing plans & materials.
- Review Cycle & Action Follow-Up: Assist the International Marketing Manager in quarterly deck and material preparation, using AI-enabled summaries, distributor inputs, performance dashboards and action trackers to support deployment and cross-functional follow-up.
- Season Toolkit: Coordinate with Sales Directors, International Marketing and distributors to forecast, create, localise and deploy POS, eCommerce, retailer and sales-force materials.
- Thought Leadership Material: Coordinate material development and localisation to support distributor season deployment activities, including trade narrative, trade fair materials, samples, retailer meeting decks and sales-force enablement content.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary (£36,600 – £50,600) and an Annual Target Bonus opportunity. Details provided separately.

Paid time off for this position will consist of vacation benefits at a competitive level, paid holidays in accordance with local country requirements and company policy, and a day off for your birthday. Additionally, a company shutdown period is offered for one week between Christmas and New Year’s Day where the majority of business operations pause, and employees are encouraged to rest and recover together. Critical functions may require limited coverage to ensure business continuity.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in commercial operations, international sales support, trade marketing, analytics, project coordination, marketing support, or a related field. Relevant internship, co-op, or university placement experience may be considered for exceptional early-career candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, processes, and business concepts quickly, with a strong curiosity for continuous improvement.
- Strong interest and aptitude in leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, organization, analysis, and decision-making.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, dashboards, business metrics, ERP/order management systems and AI-enabled research or automation tools. Demonstrated ability to translate data into dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions simultaneously.
