We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, pays attention to details, and thrives as part of a collaborative team. Healthcare experience is preferred, but just as important to us is finding someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about providing an excellent experience for our patients.

Why You'll Enjoy Working Here

We believe excellent patient care starts with an excellent team. Our physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members work together to provide high-quality, compassionate care to women throughout different stages of their lives.

We are committed to creating a workplace where team members feel supported, continue to learn, and understand how their work contributes to the care of our patients.

As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • A collaborative environment where physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members work together and support one another.
  • Training and opportunities to learn our practice, systems, and workflows and continue developing your skills.
  • A patient-centered culture focused on providing responsive, compassionate, high-quality care.
  • A team that values your contribution and encourages employees to ask questions, share ideas, and help us continuously improve.

What You'll Do

As a Patient Service Representative, you will help patients navigate their experience with our practice from scheduling through check-out.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome patients and create a positive, professional experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Answer patient calls and assist with questions in a friendly, efficient, and compassionate manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with physicians and other members of the care team.
  • Complete patient check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify demographic and insurance information and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collect copays and outstanding patient balances and accurately reconcile payments.
  • Assist patients with forms, records, and other administrative needs.
  • Scan and maintain documents within the electronic health record.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, billing staff, and other members of the practice.
  • Help resolve patient concerns or connect patients with the appropriate team member.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in training and process improvements as the practice continues to grow and evolve.

What Success Looks Like

Successful Patient Service Representatives are people our patients and their coworkers can count on. They communicate clearly, follow through on details, remain calm and helpful when the office is busy, and recognize that every interaction contributes to the patient's experience.

During your first year, you will become confident navigating our systems and workflows, develop strong relationships across the practice, and become a trusted resource for both patients and colleagues.
