Manual machining experience is strongly preferred. CNC experience is welcome, but we're looking for professionals who understand the fundamentals of machining and enjoy working with traditional machine tools.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running manual lathes, Bridgeports, VTLs, grinders, and other precision machine tools.
• Reading blueprints and mechanical drawings to create high-quality finished parts.
• Developing setups, selecting tooling, and determining machining processes.
• Holding tight tolerances and ensuring exceptional quality.
• Troubleshooting machining challenges and finding creative solutions.
• Working closely with engineering and operations teams on custom projects.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of manual machining experience preferred.
• Strong experience with engine lathes, manual mills, and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, and materials.
• Strong math, geometry, and problem-solving abilities.
• CNC experience is a plus, but manual machining expertise is our priority.
• Pride in producing quality work and continuous improvement.
