Field Marketing Manager
Description

HITRUST is looking for a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute field marketing programs that engage priority accounts, support Sales, and contribute to pipeline growth. The role will manage a portfolio of programs ranging from executive dinners and roundtables to webinars, customer programs, sponsored industry conferences, and large trade shows.

This is more than an event logistics role. The successful candidate will understand how field programs support integrated B2B demand generation and account-based marketing strategies and will use data to help evaluate program effectiveness and future investment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute HITRUST field marketing programs, including industry conferences, sponsorships, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, customer programs, and other in-person and virtual experiences.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to define target audiences, priority accounts, buying-group personas, objectives, and success measures for field programs.
  • Coordinate pre-event Sales planning and promotion, including event briefs, attendee research, invitation strategies, seller readiness, email, digital, social, and web support.
  • Manage event logistics from planning through onsite execution, including sponsorship deliverables, vendors, registration, signage, materials, shipping, speakers, schedules, and booth needs.
  • Represent HITRUST onsite and help ensure Sales, executives, speakers, partners, and attendees have a well-organized experience.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up with Sales and Marketing, ensuring attendee and engagement information is captured accurately and appropriate next actions occur.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce Campaigns and related reporting to help track account engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline creation, and influence.
  • Use HubSpot and account-based marketing tools such as 6sense to support program execution, audience development, and account engagement efforts.
  • Measure program performance and support recommendations for future investment, including which events or programs HITRUST should repeat, expand, modify, or discontinue.
  • Support event budgeting, vendor coordination, process documentation, and other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with hands-on responsibility for field marketing, events, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
  • Experience planning and executing B2B events from initial planning through onsite execution, follow-up, and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Campaigns, campaign members, reporting, and basic pipeline analysis.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another established marketing automation platform such as Marketo or Eloqua.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and experience collaborating with Sales teams.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment, manage event budgets and vendors, travel approximately 30-35% during heavier event periods, and handle event materials as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 6sense, Demandbase, or another account-based marketing platform.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, SaaS, risk management, compliance, or another complex B2B market.
  • Experience marketing to executive and enterprise audiences.
  • Experience with executive dinners, roundtables, advisory boards, webinars, or other high-touch programs.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing, buying-group strategies, and event ROI measurement.
