Black Equipment is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting customers, technicians, and internal operations by sourcing parts, managing inventory, processing orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving duties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
• Preparequotes and estimates for customers and service team.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pull, stage, and distribute parts for service technicians and customer orders.
• Completeshipping and receiving duties, including incoming and outgoing freight.
• Assist in delivering parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn parts lookup and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift and move 50-100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and shop environment.
