The Continuous Improvement (CI) manager is responsible for aligning and sustaining multi-site process growth with overall business expansion.  This role focuses on both operational and business process. Keeping evolving processes aligned with the Monoflo culture, while integrating sustainment principles and tools into our culture. Determine where to focus our process improvement energy, translate data into functional, useful metrics, and be the expert resource in CI method application to site managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand operational processes, transactional business processes, and their alignment with the Monoflo Culture
• Perform process and sustainment audits, effectively identifying when improvements are necessary
• Develop tools and metrics that visibility to the stability of the departments, system, and organization
• Provide insight on current state of processes and collaborate with senior leadership on the future state of processes and systems. 
• Analyze data from audits and MRP systems to create simple, functional metrics and tools that provide process visibility and purpose to the users
• Utilize data to identify areas to focus energy to improve performance
• Apply sustainment methods to processes and systems that provide  stability to the organization and empower process owners to apply the tools
• Integrate sustainment tools and principles into the Monoflo culture of continuous improvement..
• Provide expert improvement and sustainment knowledge to department managers, teaching them how to apply the tools 
• Provide direction to the Process Improvement Specialist, coordinating point events to drive standard process improvements
• Maintain and update the organization’s process repository, creating process documentation standards, and lead reviews & updates to processes responding to operational changes or improvement initiatives 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Familiar with W. Edwards Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge philosophy
• Self-learner with experience applying knowledge gained 
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data
• Experience implementing process improvements and sustaining results
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with 5S, standard work, visual management, and root cause analysis
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Travel required quarterly to off-site locations in United States
