We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our team in the ceramic tiles industry. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and creative design to produce high-quality products, maintain manufacturing efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Previous job experience working in ceramics studio, making glazes,  and scaling glaze recipes. Familiarity with ceramic materials and glaze formulations. Understanding materials and organizational skills, educational course work related to ceramics, or glaze calculations, a plus.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes, material science, safe and efficient operations, quality and accuracy in work produced and kiln operation.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with CAD software for design and technical drafting. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 
• Quality & Compliance: Experience with quality management systems and strict compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Artisanal Craftsmanship: Technical knowledge in ceramics paired with creative design skills to sculpt and craft handmade or decorative tiles.

Essential Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve production issues and adapt to new manufacturing technologies.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in maintaining strict quality control standards and artistic design accuracy.
• Communication: Strong collaboration skills to coordinate smoothly between design, engineering, production, logistics, sales, and marketing teams.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The working environment is in a warehouse manufacturing setting. Temperatures can exceed 100F during summer months when the kiln is running.
