Role Overview
The Senior Director / Vice President of Product Management will lead the day-to-day operation and execution of Intentsify’s Product Management organization, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.
This is a hands-on product leadership role responsible for managing a team of Product Managers, driving roadmap execution, owning Product Operations, and ensuring strong alignment between Product and Engineering. Working with the CPO, this leader will translate company and product strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management leadership with operational discipline and experience in B2B data and GTM technology. This leader must be comfortable moving between coaching Product Managers, resolving execution challenges, managing cross-functional dependencies, and providing clear visibility into product progress and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately four Product Managers responsible for different areas of the Intentsify product portfolio.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, prioritization, guidance, and decision support to the Product Management team.
- Establish clear ownership, objectives, deliverables, and accountability across the team.
- Ensure consistent product management practices across discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, launches, and measurement.
- Develop the capabilities of the Product Management team and establish a high standard for product execution.
Roadmap Management & Execution
- Partner with the CPO to translate product strategy into actionable product roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
- Own the operating cadence for managing and reviewing the product roadmap across the portfolio.
- Ensure roadmap priorities are appropriately scoped, resourced, sequenced, and aligned with Engineering capacity.
- Drive execution against roadmap commitments and proactively address risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and changing priorities.
- Maintain visibility into roadmap progress and communicate status, tradeoffs, and execution risks to the CPO and executive stakeholders.
Product Operations
- Own Product Operations and establish scalable processes that improve the effectiveness and predictability of the Product organization.
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership on planning, prioritization, capacity allocation, release management, and delivery.
- Establish consistent processes for product requirements, backlog management, roadmap reviews, release readiness, and post-launch measurement.
- Define and manage the product operating cadence, including roadmap reviews, portfolio reviews, KPI reporting, and cross-functional planning.
- Continuously improve how Product, Engineering, and other teams work together to increase speed, quality, transparency, and accountability.
Strategic Initiative Management
- Directly own the program management and execution of selected strategic product initiatives defined in partnership with the CPO and executive leadership.
- Translate strategic initiatives into clear objectives, milestones, owners, dependencies, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure dependencies and execution barriers are identified and resolved.
- Establish clear reporting on initiative progress, risks, decisions, and business outcomes.
- Drive initiatives from concept through execution and ensure commitments translate into measurable results.
- 10+ years of professional experience with significant experience in Product Management and progressively increasing product leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of Product Managers.
- Strong experience managing product roadmaps, cross-functional execution, and Product Operations.
- Prior experience working within B2B data, SalesTech, MarTech, advertising, demand generation, or related GTM technology companies.
- Strong understanding of the B2B Sales and Marketing ecosystem, including buyers, workflows, data, applications, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to translate product strategy into roadmaps, operating plans, requirements, and measurable deliverables.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering leadership on planning, prioritization, capacity, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, dependencies, and competing priorities across teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product, customer, and business metrics to drive prioritization and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with a strong bias toward execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
