  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and other business development activities.
Requirements

Qualifications / Experience

  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within the beverage, CPG, retail, wholesale, private-label, or contract-manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and developing successful business partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of retail and wholesale distribution channels, commercial pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, developing commercial proposals, and negotiating business agreements.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%–40%.

  • Relationship Builder: Establishes strong, lasting relationships with customers, business partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrates ownership, persistence, and accountability in moving opportunities from initial engagement to successful execution.
  • Collaborative Approach: Works effectively across departments to align commercial opportunities with business capabilities and customer expectations.
