Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation’s most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We’re looking for an Executive Director to lead our team at Jasper, a mountainside community in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Jasper is also home to J Club, a private amenity experience that is open to the public through membership.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full community operation while serving as a key partner to the developer, residents, board members, and internal Cohere teams. You’ll lead community operations, governance, engagement, communications, amenities, and financial performance while helping bring the broader vision for Jasper to life.

This is a small but mighty team, so we’re looking for a leader who is comfortable setting direction and making strategic decisions while also being willing to jump in and help get the work done.

If you’re an experienced community management leader who builds trust, creates strong partnerships, takes ownership of outcomes, and understands both the strategic and day-to-day sides of running a community, we’d love to meet you.
