Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic communications, graphic design, and data visualization support to Dynanet and federal clients, translating complex technical, policy, and program information into clear, accessible communications.
• Support Customers' Office of Communications through the development of fact sheets, infographics, presentations, digital graphics, visual explainers, and other internal and public-facing materials.
• Provide video editing and multimedia production support, including visual refinement, graphics integration, and development of supporting creative assets.
• Develop executive-level presentations and briefing materials that communicate program priorities, project progress, findings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support Customers' outage reporting initiative by translating regulatory and operational requirements into clear reporting logic, data requirements, visualizations, and communications materials.
• Develop dashboard concepts and data visualizations that communicate outage trends, geographic impact, duration, severity, affected services, and other operational indicators.
• Collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, subject matter experts, and communications stakeholders to align communications and visual products with business needs and user requirements.
• Provide graphic design and communications support for Dynanet corporate initiatives, including presentations, capability materials, proposals, marketing collateral, internal communications, and branded assets.
• Support proposal and business development efforts through the creation of graphics, page layouts, infographics, process diagrams, and visual concepts that communicate technical approaches and organizational capabilities.
• Apply information design, UX, accessibility, branding, and visual hierarchy principles across presentations, dashboards, documents, and digital communications to improve clarity, usability, and audience engagement.
