B.E.S.T. is looking for an energetic and dependable Pickleball Coach to lead youth classes on Saturday mornings in Litchfield, AZ. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching sports, working with kids, and creating an active, positive environment where players can learn new skills and have fun.

Our coaches lead structured classes focused on pickleball fundamentals, movement, coordination, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence. You’ll be responsible for keeping students engaged while creating a safe and encouraging experience for every player.

What You'll Do

• Lead 45 min pickleball classes for youth participants.
• Teach age-appropriate pickleball fundamentals through drills, activities, and games.
• Introduce skills such as proper grip, serving, hitting, footwork, positioning, and basic game play.
• Keep students active, engaged, and participating throughout the class.
• Demonstrate techniques and explain skills in a way that is easy for children to understand.
• Manage a group of children while maintaining a positive and organized class environment.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and confidence.
• Follow B.E.S.T. curriculum and coaching expectations.
• Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and program partners.
• Arrive 30 minutes before class, and stay 10 minutes after class — paid.
• Set up and put away equipment before and after programming.

• Experienced with pickleball, tennis, youth sports, coaching, teaching, or recreation preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel to the assigned program location.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40lbs
• Commitment to consistently work Saturday mornings.
• Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.
• Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
