We are seeking transitioning service members interested in completing a DoW SkillBridge internship with Mass Virtual at our Orlando, Florida, location.

This General Applications posting is intended for SkillBridge candidates whose experience may align with multiple areas of the organization. Depending on the participant’s military background, technical skills, professional interests, and current business needs, opportunities may support areas such as operations, information technology, technical support, business development, marketing, project coordination, or other corporate functions.

What You’ll Gain

As a SkillBridge participant at Mass Virtual, you will have the opportunity to translate military experience into a civilian technology and business environment while gaining exposure to the development, deployment, and support of immersive training solutions.

Participants may work alongside technical, operational, and business teams and gain hands-on experience with projects and responsibilities aligned to their background and professional development goals.

Specific responsibilities will be determined based on the participant’s experience, interests, SkillBridge objectives, and available opportunities within Mass Virtual.

Required Qualifications

• Current U.S. service member eligible to participate in the DoW SkillBridge program.
• Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar technologies.
• Experience setting up, operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting computers and electronic equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with technical and business teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Ability to work on-site in Orlando, Florida. Candidates must currently reside in the Orlando area or be willing to relocate.

Military occupational specialties involving IT, communications, electronics, simulation, training, logistics, maintenance, operations, or technical support may translate particularly well to this opportunity.
