THE OPPORTUNITY
Our distribution center is the engine behind every order we ship, and we are looking for the leader to run it. As Warehouse Manager, you will own the floor safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity and build the team that delivers it. This is a hands-on role for a disciplined, standards-driven leader who sets clear expectations and keeps execution consistent shift over shift.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- You will lead day-to-day operations and set the policies, procedures, and standard work that keep the floor running the same way every shift. When something breaks down, you will solve it with data, structured thinking, and a practical plan not a workaround.
- You will build the team that makes it happen coaching and developing your people, setting clear goals and KPIs, running IDPs and performance evaluations, planning shift structures for peak and off-peak demand, and keeping communication tight with peers, internal customers, and leadership.
- You will drive continuous improvement across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory control, watch the metrics for trends worth acting on, and manage the annual budget with a close eye on cost. You will also oversee inbound and outbound shipments and import/export logistics, keep us compliant with OSHA and customs requirements, and maintain strong relationships with our vendors and 3PL partners.
MUST-HAVES
• 4+ years of warehouse management and inventory control experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• A disciplined, standards-driven approach — you hold yourself and your team to warehouse standards and standard work.
• Experience with international logistics, import/export regulations, and customs compliance.
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.
• Forklift certification.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA experience, including Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S background.
• Experience creating warehouse standards, procedures, and performance metrics.
