Job Description:

The ILS & Provisioning Analyst provides comprehensive logistics, provisioning, and sustainment support for the Navy’s Vertical Launching System (VLS). The role supports NSWC PHD logistics, engineering, and program teams by coordinating logistics activities, developing provisioning data, reviewing technical documentation, maintaining configuration and supply data, and ensuring alignment with Navy supply and maintenance systems.

Primary Responsibilities

· Coordinate and interface with NSWC PHD, government stakeholders, and contractors regarding meetings, schedules, milestones, and product deliveries.

· Prepare long-range program and project plans, analyzing available data to assess schedule and milestone impacts.

· Review, track, and manage logistics products, including compiling and inputting information into logistics databases, systems, and applications.

· Review results of NAVSUP Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) analyses and integrate outcomes into provisioning data.

· Provide inputs to technical documentation and Illustrated Parts Lists for VLS equipment.

· Support provisioning and maintenance planning activities by reviewing engineering change proposals, deviations, and ship change documents, and submitting impacts to the ILS Lead via the Configuration Manager.

· Provide recurring provisioning status updates for VLS equipment.

· Support development of Allowance Equipage Lists (AELs) for tools and test equipment aligned with PMS documentation (MIPs and MRCs).

· Support development and review of Allowance Parts Lists and AELs, including entering Provisioning Parts List (PPL) data into ICAPS and validating provisioning submissions.

· Verify National Stock Numbers for procurement authorization and consistency across APLs/AELs and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns; report discrepancies and obsolescence issues and submit recommended changes.

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or related Navy logistics disciplines.

· Familiarity with Navy logistics systems such as ICAPS, APL/AEL processes, and supply support infrastructure.

· Ability to read and interpret maintenance documentation (PMS, MIPs, MRCs) and technical data packages.

· Strong analytical skills for reviewing provisioning and engineering change data.

· Capability to interface effectively with government and contractor technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience supporting NSWC PHD or AEGIS/VLS-related logistics programs.

· Experience with Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) or NAVSUP supply system integration.

· Knowledge of provisioning standards such as GEIA-STD-0007B and MIL-PRF-49506.

· Background in configuration management or sustainment engineering.

· Advanced proficiency with Navy logistics databases and provisioning validation tools.

· Active Secret clearance.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD Government- granted security clearance.
