Service Supervisor
Description

The Service Supervisor provides direct leadership to Field Service Technicians, the Equipment Delivery team, and the Shop Technician. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and service of vending, fountain, and related equipment throughout the Jonesboro operating territory, as well as the efficient operation of the Cooler Shop. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required reports and service and delivery documentation, and providing employees with training, technical support, coaching, and ongoing skills development. The Service Supervisor may also perform additional service-related and administrative duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

  • This position is considered safety sensitive due to the required operation of motor vehicles. Safe motor vehicle operation requires a constant state of alertness and awareness of the surroundings at all times.
  • Work with central dispatcher to insure calls are dispatched appropriately
  • Insure Tech’s respond to calls promptly and in the order of urgency, as designated by central dispatch or management and manage the successful execution of each Service Tech’s duties as outlined in the Service Tech Position Description
  • Insure that when calls are left open and incomplete, the specific circumstances are reviewed and action taken if necessary
  • Manage and schedule the activities of the Equipment Delivery Team
  • Manage the Shop Tech in the completion of their duties as outlined in the Shop Tech Position Description
  • Monitor and submit for approval, expenses associated with the operations of the Cooler Service Department
  • Support all Service Tech’s in the accurate capture and reporting of all CCNA Service work
  • Communicate with CCNA AC, AIC and Field Operations Support Manager regarding all equipment received and returned
  • Monitor orders for all parts, code invoices and provide to Manager for approval
  • Become familiar with the eoStar system relevant to the equipment and parts inventory for the branch and service vehicles
  • Insure annual vehicle and parts room counts are complete
  • Monitor the data base of all service work performed
  • Repair or troubleshoot equipment in the market place, both local and CCNA chain customers
  • Assist in emergency situations as deemed necessary by management
  • Fill in for tech’s
  • Assist in maintenance of building and grounds
  • Perform various duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of supervising experience preferred
  • 1+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred
  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal Skills
  • Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Valid Driver’s License for your state of residency and adhere to driver qualification program. (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed)
