Concept Rehab is looking for a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Lake Orion, Michigan.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to help patients reach their functional goals

What We’re Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Michigan SLP license in good standing
• ASHA certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care
