Description
  •  Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Review orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare invoices, credits, and related documentation
  • Generate reports and support data analysis needs
  • Create customer-specific pricing and product tags
  • Assist with order tracking, delivery documentation, and workflow management
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, invoices, and account questions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Learn multiple functions within the department to provide backup support when needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Requirements
  •   2+ years of experience in data processing, order entry, customer service, office administration, or related business operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management
  • Experience working with order management, or business software systems
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and dependable

Seasonal Requirements

During our peak spring season (approximately 10 weeks), team members may be asked to:

  • Work up to two evenings per week
  • Participate in a rotating weekend schedule
  • Support increased business volume while maintaining accuracy and customer service standards
