Position Summary

Piping Technology & Products, Inc. is looking for a data-informed, hands-on growth marketer to increase qualified website traffic, inbound leads, and requests for quotation (RFQs) in a B2B manufacturing environment. This role combines demand generation, SEO, conversion optimization, content and campaign execution, marketing technology, and performance reporting.

You will work across marketing, sales, and internal subject-matter teams to turn technical products and customer needs into measurable marketing programs. The right person is comfortable moving between strategy and execution: identifying an opportunity, building a test or campaign, measuring the result, and improving the process.

What You Will Do

•  Own and improve SEO programs, including keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, content opportunities, internal linking, and ethical link-development practices.

•  Evaluate opportunities to improve visibility in AI-influenced search and answer experiences; establish practical tests and measurement rather than treating AEO/GEO as a checkbox.

•  Identify conversion opportunities across priority web pages and forms, and improve the path from visitor to qualified inquiry/RFQ.

•  Plan and execute campaigns across content, email, social, and sales enablement in coordination with internal stakeholders.

•  Build, document, and improve lead-capture, routing, nurturing, and follow-up workflows using approved marketing tools such as HubSpot.

•  Maintain sound CRM and marketing-data practices, including imports, list management, deduplication, segmentation, field governance, and documentation.

•  Track website, campaign, lead, conversion, and pipeline-related performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, spreadsheets, and other tools.

•  Turn performance data into clear recommendations, tests, and priorities.

•  Manage projects, dependencies, and deadlines in Trello; communicate status and risks early.

•  Partner with sales and technical/internal teams to gather product knowledge, validate messaging, and support revenue-producing initiatives.

•  Research and recommend tools or process improvements that increase marketing efficiency and data quality.

•  Maintain reusable campaign documentation, dashboards, and operating procedures.

•  Attend trade shows and industry events to support brand awareness, build industry relationships, and generate qualified leads.

Key Metrics of Success

•  Growth in qualified organic traffic and search visibility.

•  Improvement in conversion rates and the quality/volume of inbound leads and RFQs.

•  Reliable campaign and funnel reporting that supports decisions.

•  Clean, well-structured CRM and marketing data.

•  Faster, more consistent campaign execution and follow-up.

•  Development of deep expertise in one or more growth areas.

Qualifications

•  3+ years of hands-on experience in growth, digital, demand-generation, marketing operations, or a related role; B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical-product experience is a plus.

•  Demonstrated experience executing across several digital-marketing areas, such as SEO, content, email, lifecycle/CRM, conversion optimization, analytics, or paid/organic acquisition.

•  Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and marketing measurement.

•  Experience with some combination of HubSpot or another CRM/marketing-automation platform, Google Analytics, SEO tools such as SEMrush, website/CMS tools, and workflow automation.

•  Ability to interpret data, form a clear hypothesis, execute a test or improvement, and explain the result.

•  Strong writing, organization, project-management, and cross-functional communication skills.

•  Self-directed, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on environment.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience with B2B lead generation, RFQ or complex buying journeys, or technical/manufacturing marketing.

•  Familiarity with paid acquisition, attribution, landing-page testing, marketing dashboards, or sales enablement.

•  Experience translating technical information into useful customer-facing content.

•  Familiarity with AI-search optimization concepts, with a disciplined measurement mindset.

Why Join Us

•  Direct opportunity to influence website performance, inbound demand, and marketing operations.

•  Broad exposure to a B2B manufacturing business and its products, customers, and internal teams.

•  Opportunity to take ownership of meaningful growth programs and build expertise over time.

•  Collaborative, fast-paced, hands-on work environment.
