Job Description:
As the Community Relations Assistant at MHCGM, some responsibilities would include: ensuring program needs are met for donors and staff, conducting telephone calls, managing gift data, and maintaining a large donor list and sponsor information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Enter donations in Salsa, submit batch reports to accounting
-Create all appropriate acknowledgements based on type of donation
-Assemble targeted gear for community event-tents, tables, chairs, items to give away, brochures
- Inventory and organize promotional items and brochures
-Write meeting minutes
-Deliver daily mail
-Track organizational presentations, event attendees and costs, staff donations of items, staff awards received·
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to interact well in social situations

· Written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with CRM non-profit database
Education: Associate degree- General studies, business administration or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 2 years or more of related administrative experience in a business environment.
