Job Summary
The Marketing & Strategic Growth Coordinator is a high-output execution role supporting content production, graphic design, campaign operations, events, AI-enabled workflows, and Strategic Growth administration. This position turns strategy into polished, on-brand deliverables and helps ensure campaigns, events, partner initiatives, and marketing operations are completed accurately and on time.
Essential Functions:
- Create polished, brand-compliant social graphics, event promotions, one-pagers, email graphics, presentation and case-study layouts, sponsor assets, and other internal and external marketing materials.
- Maintain reusable design templates and adapt creative across channels while preserving brand standards; support basic short-form video editing, image preparation, and multimedia assembly.
- Use approved generative AI tools to accelerate content drafting, repurposing, research synthesis, campaign planning, design ideation, presentation development, transcript summarization, and workflow efficiency, with appropriate human review.
- Document repeatable AI-assisted workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual marketing effort without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or brand consistency.
- Maintain campaign calendars, production timelines, content queues, asset status, launch checklists, project trackers, editorial calendars, standard operating procedures, templates, and the marketing asset library.
- Coordinate email campaigns, social scheduling, landing-page content, lists, assets, follow-up requirements, campaign coding, UTM discipline, reporting inputs, and post-campaign documentation with the Director of Marketing and internal Pardot/CRM resources.
- Coordinate case-study interviews, approvals, content collection, and publication workflows.
- Plan and execute smaller regional and partner events, including invitations, registration, venue coordination, signage, attendee communications, photography/video logistics, asset collection, and post-event follow-up.
- Support major ARG events and experiential programs and track MDF commitments, sponsor assets, deadlines, evidence of performance, deliverables, and reconciliation requirements.
- Support Referral Partner and Managing Partner initiatives through communications, collateral, onboarding materials, tracking, meeting materials, event support, campaign execution, and follow-up coordination.
- Prepare recurring marketing performance reports, organize source data for leadership review, and coordinate outside vendors for print, production, web, photography/video, or event support as directed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Working proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to independently create polished, brand-compliant marketing materials.
- Practical, hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or comparable platforms for marketing, content, design support, research, productivity, and workflow improvement.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and visual judgment, with careful attention to brand standards, quality, and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and project-coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, events, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Comfort working with CRM and marketing automation teams, campaign reporting, spreadsheets, project-management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, and comfortable balancing Strategic Growth and marketing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
- Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, events, design, sales enablement, or a related B2B environment required.
- Portfolio examples demonstrating polished, brand-compliant marketing or design work strongly preferred.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
