CYCLE COUNT & WAREHOUSE INVENTORY SPECIALIST
The Cycle Count and Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing inventory levels, overseeing warehouse organization, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role involves meticulous record-keeping, inventory tracking, and collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and execute cycle count program and reporting
- Perform physical counting of inventory as part of a cycle count process within the Solochain Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Responsible for counts in both Cameron’s buildings, including components, green coffee, flavoring and finished goods.
- Report monthly cycle count results by area
- Coordinate year-end wall-to-wall physical inventory count
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, to transport and store goods.
- Monitor and Analyze Inventory Levels, Warehouse Capacity and Aging Stock
- Extract information from Solochain and SAP into Excel for analysis
- Provide support as WMS superuser to warehousing teams for management of item, bin, area, and location setup
- Develop reports, analyze data, and communicate information to logistics, planning, quality, operations, and sales management
- Provide recommendations to optimize stock management and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize excess inventory and aging stock write-offs
- Provide input for Weekly Age Management meeting
- Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring system records align with physical counts.
- Proactively identify and analyze root causes of recurring issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Serve as a key liaison between warehouse operations, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure swift and effective problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory accuracy, streamline material flow, and eliminate waste in the process.
- Support continuous improvement and logistics optimization initiatives by providing data insights, feedback, and recommendations on process improvements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High school diploma/GED required
- Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in inventory management
- Experience working within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
- Forklift experience preferred
SKILLS NEEDED
- English proficiency
- Intermediate computer skills including use of software applications (MS Office and Google Workspace applications) and warehouse management system mobile devices
- High attention to detail, dependable and reliable
- Ability to perform work in a fast-paced setting, constantly adapting to a change-oriented environment
- Excellent math skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Concentration and focus while doing a repetitive job
- Ability to listen, learn and act accordingly

Salary Description
$31.00 per hour
