Job Summary: 


The New Mexico State University Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Alumni Relations & Annual Giving Team and contribute to the coordination and execution of Advancement-related programs, services, and activities.


This role provides day-to-day administrative and program support, helping ensure that programs and services operate effectively and that staff have the coordination and resources needed to achieve their goals.


Essential Functions: 

  • Plan, develop, and/or assist with the execution of programs, services, or support activities. 
  • Monitor programs and services and assist with plans, budgets, and other activities to ensure they operate within established specifications. 
  • Prepare itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements for assigned staff.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings and other activities for assigned staff.
  • Create, maintain, and work with lists of alumni, prospects, and other constituents. 
  • Respond to and help resolve inquiries and problems in a timely and service-oriented manner. 
Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to perform standard tasks using established methods, principles, concepts and procedures.
