CUES is seeking a Member Relations Officer to advance CUES’ enterprise relationship-management strategy across multiple channels and audiences, fostering the highest degree of interaction between CUES members, and partner relationships to support revenue growth and retention goals through ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across the member and partner lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will Manage a defined portfolio of credit union members, along with possible corporate partners, and regional industry relationships across assigned territories. Support achievement of regional and portfolio-level revenue, retention, and growth goals aligned to CUES’ annual and multi-year financial plan. Support the VP Relationship Management in managing strategic and high-value partnerships, including coordination, follow-up, and execution against agreements.

We are seeking an individual who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, business development or related field.
- Minimum five years’ experience in customer/member relations, retail service, training, sales or other directly related fields involving personal contact with executives and/or groups and selling a large array of products.
- Experience in articulate presentation of ideas to audiences of all sizes.
- Outstanding verbal, non-verbal, digital and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, organizational, leadership, project management, budgetary, marketing, and managerial skills.
- Experience with accurately preparing cost/savings comparisons, understanding calculations and interpreting financial information.
- Ability to analyze, brainstorm, problem solve, synthesize multiple concepts and think strategically.
