Longevity Medical Clinic is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no weekend requirement, competitive pay, and excellent employer-paid benefits.


As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be an important part of the patient experience. You'll welcome patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, manage front-desk responsibilities, and work closely with our team to make sure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.

About the Patient Care Coordinator Role

The Patient Care Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our patients and plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience.

You'll help keep the medical office running smoothly while providing friendly, professional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming first impression by warmly greeting and registering patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
  • Be a trusted resource for patients by answering questions in person and over the phone with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
  • Own the patient scheduling experience by coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
  • Keep the clinic moving behind the scenes by staying on top of daily front-desk responsibilities and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks.
  • Bring warmth and empathy to every interaction while creating a positive, professional experience that makes patients feel valued and cared for.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Medical or healthcare experience is not required but a plus
  • Experience with accounts receivable or closing books is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software
