As our company continues to grow and expand, our engineering team is growing with it!  We are seeking some talented Mechanical Engineers to help drive the next phase of innovation, product improvement, and operational excellence.


In this role, you'll take ownership of product performance, lead complex problem-solving initiatives, and drive design improvements that enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. What You'll Do

Product Performance & Problem Resolution

  • Lead root cause investigations and cross-functional problem-solving efforts.
  • Analyze field data, service reports, and customer feedback to identify trends and recurring issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to improve product performance.
  • Own product performance for assigned product lines and systems.

Design & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive design improvements to enhance reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and purchasing teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve processes.

Testing & Validation

  • Plan and execute verification and validation testing for product changes.
  • Ensure changes meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document results and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, engineering change orders (ECOs), and test reports.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or plastics) 
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in product development or sustaining engineering
  • Experience with CAD (SolidWorks preferred) or engineering design tools 
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving
  • Demonstrated expertise in root cause methodologies and corrective action implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of product lifecycle management, including ECO/ECN processes
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
