We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance to partner with senior leadership in driving profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. As Director of Finance, you will provide clear financial insight, strengthen reporting and forecasting, guide budgeting and cost management, and help translate business performance into smart decisions. You’ll work closely with operations, sales, supply chain, and executive leadership to ensure TMI continues to grow with financial discipline and confidence.
If you’re a finance leader who enjoys manufacturing, fast-paced decision-making, international business, and making a measurable impact, we want to meet you.
