Key Responsibilities:

Leads relationships with the organization’s largest and most strategic customer accounts. Develops long-term account strategies, manages executive relationships, and drives revenue growth through complex, high-value customer partnerships.

All roles at Signia are expected to support the company’s operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization’s business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.


Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Manage enterprise-level or global accounts with significant revenue impact.

2) Serve as strategic partner to executive-level customer stakeholders.

3) Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer and company goals.

4) Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and complex commercial discussions.

5) Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized customer solutions.

6) Provide market, customer, and competitive insights to leadership.

7) Mentor junior account managers and support best practice development.

8) Report account forecasts, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Demonstrated success managing strategic or high-value accounts

• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline

• 4+ years of account management or strategic sales experience

• Works under minimal supervision

• IA / A&P mechanic preferred

• Exposure to general aviation industry - Private pilot preferred

• Exposure / experience with aviation piston engine preferred

Salary Description
100,000 - 120,000
