Urgent Care for Kids is looking for a Virtual Experience Specialist to join our mission-driven patient representative team. Our Virtual Experience Specialists supports our telemedicine platform, which in turn, supports our 13 clinics across the state of Texas in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin and Houston metropolitan areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor the flow of real-time Virtual Care for Families telehealth visit, communicating directly with the providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients/parents, including but not limited to, using a multiline phone and patient outreach via phone, text, or email.
• Accurately perform data entry into or EMR system, eMDs.
• Thorough knowledge of medical Insurances with experience on Insurance verification platforms. Preferably with Availity, TMHP and Trizetto.
• Ensure a positive patient experience through professional interaction with patients and proper phone greeting etiquette.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of personal health information (PHI).
• Provide availability at the end of the visit to assist with school notes, work excuses, and to help answer any follow up questions within the scope of practice.
• Perform other related work as needed.

• 1 year customer service experience.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Adaptable with the ability to learn new technologies, assess situations quickly, and look for smarter, better ways to achieve goals.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.
