The Regional Manager, Distribution Operations leads multiple branch locations while helping shape BSC’s future distribution network. Initially, the role is focused on regional leadership, with full accountability for the regional P&L, business plan execution, sales and operational performance, and development of Branch Managers.
At the same time, this role leads the design and implementation of BSC’s distribution center and hub-and-spoke operating model. As the strategy advances from planning to implementation and ongoing operation, distribution responsibilities will increase and regional responsibilities will transition to a qualified successor based on defined business milestones. The model will preserve branch responsibility for customer relationships and decisions while improving service, efficiency, inventory performance, and scalability across the network.
