What You'll Do:
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to established menus and residents' dietary needs.
• Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment and follow all food preparation procedures.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies from approved vendors.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Provide dining services that support resident preferences, choices, and overall quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for residents.
