Auction Operations Coordinator

Join our growing Victoria, TX auction team!  This hands-on role combines dealer services, vehicle registration, condition reporting, inventory preparation, and lot operations.  Some related experience is a plus but not necessary.  Training will be provided.

Responsibilities of Auction Operations Coordinator

• Dealer registration
• Vehicle registration
• Condition report writing
• Lot operations (inventory management)
• Wash/vacuum vehicle inventory
• Light building & grounds maintenance

Work Schedule for Auction Operations Coordinator

• Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
• Friday 9am-2pm

Requirements of Auction Operations Coordinator

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in lot operations, vehicle inspection, collision/auto body, service advising, or a related area is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements for the Auction Operations Coordinator

• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and get in and out of vehicles repeatedly
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
