Position Summary and Essential Functions:
The Senior Associate, Digital Platforms & Marketing Operations is responsible for the operational administration, governance, measurement, and continuous improvement of OFN's communications technology ecosystem, including the systems and workflows that power OFN's website, email marketing, digital campaigns, audience engagement, analytics, and reporting.
Reporting to the SVP, Strategic Communications, the role serves as the team's primary technical operator: managing platform administration, website publishing, user access and credentials, vendor support, analytics, KPI dashboards, performance reporting, digital asset management, quality assurance, and troubleshooting. Distinct from OFN's content and marketing functions, the role ensures the underlying platforms, data, and processes are stable, secure, documented, and measurable, and establishes the operational foundation for OFN's future digital engagement function.
OFN is the nation's leading investment intermediary and network of CDFIs serving rural, urban, and Native communities across the United States. With over $1 billion in total assets under management, OFN manages a national membership network of over 490 mission-driven lenders and CDFIs, including community development loan funds, credit unions, green banks, community development banks, minority depository institutions, and venture capital funds. OFN is a trusted investment partner to the public, private, and philanthropic sectors — foundations, corporations, banks, government agencies, and others. For more than 40 years, our team has helped partners invest in communities to catalyze change and create economic opportunities for people and places traditional finance doesn't reach.
