  Summary: 


The Recruiter is responsible to plan, develop and implement recruiting strategies supporting organizational staffing objectives. 

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute a recruiting and hiring process that is transparent and measurable to aid in setting continuous improvement goals.
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
  • Consult with hiring managers to discuss staff requirements.
  • Post jobs using multiple platforms, schedule interviews and provide a list of candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Plan and execute a diversity strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace.
  • Assist in HR related duties: status changes, entering new hires and terminations. 
  • Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes special events  that will promote the company to reach the recruiting goals.  
  • Responds to inquiries from community members and other interested parties.
  • Track assigned KPI's related to recruiting and community outreach.
  • Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement

  • Minimum of 2 years' of direct related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • HR Certification preferred
  • Bilingual preferred ( Spanish)
  • Solid basic knowledge of human resources laws, practices, policies, and procedures
