Campaign Manager
Fully Remote • East Coast
Description

The Campaign Manager develops media plans for national accounts and drives their execution — from planning and scheduling through production, deployment, social promotion, mid-flight optimization, and post-campaign reporting. The position typically carries five to ten concurrent campaigns across approximately eleven business and legal brands, giving the National Accounts team and its clients a single, dedicated owner for campaign delivery.

This is a fully remote position, but only candidates based on the east coast will be considered for this role.

  • Maintain the master email and webinar deployment calendar in ClickUp, managing a high-volume, multi-brand, recurring schedule.
  • Plan and set up campaign measurement before launch, including UTM naming conventions, GA4 event and conversion configuration, and ad server tagging and quality assurance.

Production and Deployment

  • Manage client creative through the production process.
  • Build and produce cobrand emails in Act-On, including hands-on work with basic HTML.

Measurement, Reporting, and Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance, tracking opens, clicks, click-to-open rate, and conversions in TapClicks.
  • Pull and reconcile performance data from GA4, ad servers, and email platforms, and analyze results against campaign goals.
  • Compile post-campaign reports and translate results into clear, practical recommendations for sales and clients.
  • Determine what changes are needed when a campaign is not performing to plan, make decisions and recommendations on the approach, present them to the sales representative and client for feedback, adjust as needed, and execute the revised plan.
  • Provide ad hoc sales-analytics support, fielding fast-turnaround data requests such as estimated impressions, click-through rates, and open rates to support client proposals.
