Build. Improve. Make an Impact.
At Innotec, engineering isn't about sitting behind a desk creating drawings that never leave the screen. It's about taking ideas from concept to production, solving real manufacturing challenges, and seeing the results of your work every day on the production floor.
We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, tackling complex problems, and finding better ways to build products. If you're energized by process improvement, automation, equipment design, troubleshooting, and collaborating with production teams to drive results, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Love About This Role
- See the direct impact of your work on production, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Own projects from concept through implementation.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment where your ideas are encouraged and put into action.
- Gain exposure to manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operations, production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to solve meaningful business challenges.
- Be part of a company where engineers are empowered to make decisions and drive change.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll apply your engineering knowledge to improve how we manufacture our products. You'll spend time both on the production floor and in the office, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and implementing solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
In this role, you will:
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Lead projects focused on efficiency, throughput, quality, and waste reduction.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues using engineering principles and root-cause analysis.
- Support the launch of new products and processes.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Evaluate and recommend equipment, automation, and capital improvement opportunities.
- Analyze production data and use it to drive operational improvements.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Engineering experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to balance technical engineering work with hands-on implementation.
- Experience with CAD software and mechanical design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
You'll Be Successful If You...
- Prefer solving real-world manufacturing problems over purely theoretical work.
- Like being on the production floor and seeing how products are built.
- Get excited about improving processes and making things work better.
- Enjoy owning projects and driving results.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge.
