What You'll Do

• Ability to perform routine visits utilizing effective therapeutic interventions
• Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient.
• Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and agency requirements.
• When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries.
• Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs

• Computer skills; must be able to work within EMR system.
• Must have current OH therapy license in good standing.
• Reliable auto and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR.
