A fleet doesn't just run well — it has to look the part, every single time it rolls out. That standard doesn't happen by chance; it happens because someone owns it.
The Bus Detailing Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleaning, detailing, and presentation of Adventure Tours' entire fleet of buses — setting the standard, not just meeting it. This position ensures every vehicle reflects our company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and customer satisfaction, and leads the people who make that happen. The manager oversees detailing staff, coordinates work schedules, conducts quality inspections, maintains inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
About Us
For over 25 years, Adventure Tours has been a leading provider of luxury motor coach transportation services, headquartered in Accokeek, MD. We've expanded our footprint to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and Richmond, VA — building a fleet, and a reputation, that discerning clients trust for a first-class travel experience.
That reputation rides on presentation as much as it does on the road. We're looking for a leader who takes the same pride in a spotless fleet that our drivers take in a smooth, on-time trip — someone ready to build a team, raise the standard, and make sure every coach we send out says exactly who we are.
