Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants for current and upcoming 26-week travel assignments throughout Pennsylvania. Opportunities may be available in Scranton, Hollidaysburg, South Mountain, Selinsgrove, and other Pennsylvania locations based on facility needs and availability.

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the assigned facility to qualify for the travel package.

TRAVEL CONTRACT AT A GLANCE
• Gross Weekly Pay: Up to $1,115
• Contract Length: 26 Weeks
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Hours: Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
• Overtime Rate: $35.00/hour
• Weekly Pay
• Travel Requirement: Must reside 50+ miles from assigned facility
• Evening, night, and other shifts may be available depending on location
• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required
• Additional shifts and overtime may be available based on facility needs

Travel compensation may include a tax-free stipend for eligible travelers. Stipend eligibility is subject to applicable tax-home and IRS requirements.

THE ASSIGNMENT
CNAs will provide direct resident care within structured long-term care, skilled nursing, residential healthcare, or state-operated healthcare environments. Candidates should be comfortable assisting residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.

Resident populations may include elderly adults, veterans, individuals requiring long-term care, and residents with behavioral health, dementia, developmental, or other complex care needs depending on the assigned facility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs as assigned.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily resident needs.
• Maintain resident rooms and care areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility procedures.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Follow infection-control and workplace-safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in assigned weekend and holiday rotations as required.

TRAVEL READINESS
Travel candidates should be prepared to secure appropriate housing and reliable transportation near the assigned facility for the duration of the contract.

Available locations, shifts, start dates, compensation details, and facility-specific requirements will be discussed during the recruiter screening process.

Requirements
• Active Pennsylvania CNA / Nurse Aide Registry status REQUIRED
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience
• Ability to commit to a 26-week contract REQUIRED
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the assigned facility to qualify for the travel package REQUIRED
• Ability to work the assigned shift and scheduled weekends / holidays as required REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation for the duration of the assignment REQUIRED
• Ability to perform the physical duties required of a CNA REQUIRED
• Strong communication and resident-care skills REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks, health screenings, drug screening, and facility compliance requirements REQUIRED

Preferred
• Long-Term Care experience
• Skilled Nursing experience
• Veterans Care experience
• Residential Care experience
• Current BLS / CPR certification; may be required depending on assigned facility
