What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep materials and finished products moving through Cristek. Under the supervision of the General Manager, you’ll receive and check deliveries, organize materials, prepare orders, and help ensure shipments are packed and documented accurately. Your attention to detail will support our production teams, customers, and commitment to quality.
- Receive incoming materials, supplies, components, and finished goods.
- Check quantities, part numbers, purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues to your supervisor.
- Label, organize, and store materials in their designated locations.
- Pick and prepare customer orders, production materials, and finished products for shipment.
- Pack products according to established instructions using appropriate protective materials.
- Prepare shipping labels and routine paperwork, and enter transactions into our systems.
- Keep shipping and receiving areas organized and help check inventory and material locations.
- Follow established procedures for safe handling, quality, and material traceability.
- Take on other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Basic math and counting skills, with the ability to compare labels, part numbers, quantities, and documents.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERP or inventory systems.
- Careful attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- A dependable, organized approach, with the ability to work under close direction and ask questions when needed.
- Ability to safely handle materials and maintain an orderly work area.
- Effective communication and dependable attendance.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
- Must be authorized to access information and hardware subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
