Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are cultivating a WARP Multidisciplinary Clinic and looking to staff Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide their services to veterans in our Rockville, MD headquarters. The LCSW is expected to perform the following:   

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop behavioral-health treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy.
  • Address depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, adjustment, chronic pain and caregiver stress.
  • Complete suicide, violence, abuse, neglect and psychosocial-risk assessments.
  • Develop safety plans and coordinate emergency intervention.
  • Provide trauma-informed services for Veterans and transitioning service members.
  • Coordinate housing, transportation, benefits, food, legal and community resources.
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation, ABA, medical, vocational and peer-support personnel.
  • Support family adjustment to disability, autism, neurological injury or limb loss.
  • Maintain clinical documentation, treatment-plan reviews and discharge summaries.
  • Provide supervision only when qualified and formally authorized.

Requirements

 Minimum qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted Maryland LCSW-C license for independent clinical practice.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Demonstrated crisis-assessment and safety-planning competence.

Maryland social-work licenses are administered through the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in rehabilitation, medical social work, trauma, autism or Veteran care.
  • Training in CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy or trauma treatment.
  • Experience with suicide-prevention and substance-use populations.
  • Approved Maryland clinical supervisor status.

Salary Description
$80,000 - $115,000
