Service Parts Associate
Join our dynamic team in Fairburn, GA, where we specialize in the sales, service, and repair of boiler and boiler-related equipment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management and distribution of service parts across our Georgia and Tennessee locations. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual who is eager to contribute to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels of service parts to ensure optimal stock availability
- Coordinate the procurement, receipt, and distribution of parts to various service locations
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, transactions, and shipments
- Collaborate with service technicians and vendors to forecast parts needs and resolve supply issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics processes to improve efficiency
- Support the overall supply chain operations to meet customer service standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training preferred
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

1. Ability to lift 50lbs + from floor to waist and waist to above head
2. Able to climb and use a ladder, forklift & scissor lift
3. Ability to stand for 6+ hours a day
4. Ability to work in varying temperatures (Hot & Cold)
5. Successfully pass a drug test and background check
6. Efficient, organized & the willingness to adapt to change
7. Ability to self-direct, with reasonable, reliable attendance
8. Good communication and customer service skills
