Heartline Staffing is recruiting Travel Registered Nurses for multiple correctional nursing opportunities throughout New Mexico. Current assignments offer block scheduling, 3x12-hour shifts, competitive weekly travel compensation, and rapid offer turnaround.

AUTO OFFERS MAY BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPLICATION.

No minimum RN experience is required. Nurses at all experience levels are welcome to apply provided they hold an active RN license authorizing practice in New Mexico and meet facility credentialing requirements.

TRAVEL COMPENSATION
• $2,182 gross per week
• $770 weekly housing stipend included within the total $2,182 travel package
• $80.00/hour overtime rate
• Travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the assigned facility to qualify for the travel package

CONTRACT / SCHEDULE
• 13–17 week contracts depending on assignment
• 3x12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Day and night shifts may be available
• Block scheduling available
• Candidates must be available to potentially work 2 of the 3 upcoming holidays
• ASAP starts available depending on assignment

Heartline Staffing currently has multiple Travel RN correctional opportunities throughout New Mexico. Specific locations, available shifts, start dates, and assignment details will be reviewed during recruiter screening.

HOUSING
A facility-provided housing option may be available for select assignments, subject to availability. Housing details, eligibility, and any impact on the travel package will be confirmed before acceptance.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Assess patient needs and provide nursing care within a correctional setting.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and monitor patient response.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Follow facility protocols related to safety, infection prevention, and emergency response.
• Provide professional nursing care within a structured correctional healthcare environment.

Requirements
• Active RN license authorizing practice in New Mexico REQUIRED
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the assigned facility to qualify for the travel package REQUIRED
• Availability for the selected shift and full contract duration REQUIRED
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and onboarding requirements REQUIRED
• Willingness to potentially work 2 of the 3 upcoming holidays REQUIRED
